Join Our Team: Therapist Careers In Utah Where Your Passion Makes Real Impact
Are you passionate about walking alongside people as they discover their strength, heal from past wounds, and create meaningful change in their lives? Do you have the clinical skills and genuine heart to guide children struggling with ADHD, teens navigating trauma, and adults ready to reclaim their stories? If you’re nodding yes, you might be exactly the therapist we’ve been hoping to find.
We’re actively seeking licensed therapists who bring both clinical excellence and authentic compassion into their work. Whether you specialize in trauma therapy, EMDR, expressive arts, or integrative approaches that honor the whole person, we want to learn more about how you could thrive as part of our team.
At our practice, you’re not just filling a position, you’re joining a mission to provide hope and healing right here in Utah. Every session you conduct, every breakthrough you witness, and every life you touch contributes to something bigger than any of us could accomplish alone.
Who We're Looking For:
The Kind of Therapist Who Changes Everything
We’re seeking dedicated professionals who bring both heart and expertise to their work. Specifically, we’re looking for therapists who:
Essential Qualifications: Hold a current Utah license as a Clinical Mental Health Counselor (CMHC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), and have hands-on experience with trauma therapy and EMDR techniques. We especially value those who enjoy working with children and have experience supporting individuals with ADHD.
What Sets You Apart: You’re drawn to expressive arts therapy, integrative treatment approaches, or other innovative methods that help clients heal in authentic ways. You understand that real therapy happens in the relationship, not just in the techniques. You’re collaborative by nature, excited about learning from colleagues, and genuinely committed to making a lasting difference in people’s lives.
Growing Professionals Welcome: Current interns working toward full licensure are strongly encouraged to apply. We believe in investing in emerging talent and providing the mentorship and supervision that helps new therapists build confidence and clinical skills.
